A heatless jalapeño selection (C. annuum), equivalent to the TAM Dulcito released by Texas A&M in 2007. Has no detectable capsaicin (0–500 SHU) while retaining the jalapeño appearance and flavor profile. Caramel-to-red ripening pods with standard jalapeño size and shape. Ideal for salsas, nachos, and other preparations requiring jalapeño flavor without heat. A true heatless jalapeño, not merely "mild."
