The Baccatum × Praetermissum (Not C. Parvifolium) is a mild chili of the species C. baccatum × C. praetermissum, measuring 0–100 SHU — milder than a jalapeño. It belongs to C. baccatum, the South American "ají" species, known for tall plants and bright, fruity, often citrusy flavor. Its pods ripen red, take a pequin/small bullet form, with medium thick flesh, and grow pendant on the plant. Immature pods are green/mustard before ripening. The plant grows to 42–48 inches tall. Its flowers are white with basal spots, its foliage is green leaves. It is also known as NOT Capsicum parvifolium.
