A C. annuum hybrid frying pepper. All-America Selections (AAS) Gold Medal winner. Compact, productive plant with tapered, thick-walled pods maturing from yellow-green to orange-red. Very mild to no heat — essentially a sweet pepper for fresh eating, roasting, and stuffing. Standard commercial sweet frying type widely grown in home gardens.
