The Tollies Sweet is a mild chili of the species C. annuum, measuring about 100 SHU — milder than a jalapeño. It belongs to C. annuum, the most widely cultivated pepper species, spanning everything from sweet bell peppers to jalapeños, cayennes, and poblanos. Its pods ripen red, take a standard tapered form, with medium thick flesh, and grow pendant on the plant. Immature pods are green/mustard before ripening. The plant grows to 24–30 inches tall.
