Bishop's Crown Sweet
A completely heatless form of Bishop's Crown, carrying the same three-lobed bishop's mitre shape but with no capsaicin at all. Pods run larger than the standard Bishop's Crown and the flesh is thicker and crunchier, which makes it a genuine sweet pepper for fresh eating rather than a mild hot one. Distinct from the base Bishop's Crown, which carries moderate heat at roughly 5,000–15,000 SHU.
