Charanero
Charanero Pepper, Capsicum chinense, Scoville units: 30,000 ~ 100,000 SHU. This is an HR creation that was not intentional but rather an accidental cross between a red Habanero Pepper and a Aji Charapita Pepper! This a highly productive pepper plant getting to around 3 feet tall and compact. The pods are about 2 inches long and 3/4 inches wide and are very soft when ripe. They have a great flavor and would make a great variety for making hot sauce! It is NOT fully stable but we will offer seeds as an F-2 in 2019.
