Further InformationEdit Edit

Tiny wild C. chinense peppers from the Peruvian Amazon jungle. Sometimes called 'the most expensive pepper in the world' because the berries are so small they must be harvested individually. They're about the size of a pea, ripen to bright yellow, and pack 30,000–50,000 SHU with a fruity, complex flavor. Used in Amazonian cuisine, particularly in ceviche. Also listed as Aji Charapita Red. Dwarf selection; also listed as Aji Charapita Dwarf. Dwarf selection.
