Chilhuacle
The Chilhuacle is a medium-heat chili of the species C. annuum, measuring 1,500–2,500 SHU — milder than a jalapeño. It belongs to C. annuum, the most widely cultivated pepper species, spanning everything from sweet bell peppers to jalapeños, cayennes, and poblanos. Its pods take a long/tapered form, measure 3–4 inches long, with medium thick flesh, and grow pendant on the plant. The plant grows to 24–30 inches tall. Its flowers are solid white/cream, its foliage is green leaves.
