Further InformationEdit Edit

Another Dr. Mazourek creation from Cornell. A cross of a Bishop's Crown with other material, selected for its flying-saucer shape and extremely mild heat (500–1,000 SHU). Won an AAS Award in 2017. Sweet, crunchy, and fun to grow. The lobes make it look like a tiny hat.

How hot is the Mad Hatter?

The Mad Hatter measures 500–1,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), making it a mild pepper — milder than a jalapeño.
