Further InformationEdit Edit

A cream/white-colored variant of Biquinho ("little beak" in Portuguese), a C. baccatum from Brazil. Small, teardrop-shaped pods with a distinctive pointed tip. Near-heatless (0–1,000 SHU) with a sweet, fruity, grape-like flavor. A popular ornamental and culinary pepper in Brazil, widely used pickled or in salads. The cream/white color phase is a selection from the typical red or yellow Biquinho. Beloved for its mild flavor and distinctive shape.
