This C. chinense cultivar. Ripens to white/cream, habanero-type pods, with warty/bumpy. Heat sits around 400,000–850,000 SHU — extremely hot, in superhot territory. Roots trace to India / Bangladesh. Part of the Ghost/Bhut pepper family from Northeast India, the first peppers to break 1 million SHU. Strain II and Strain I are separately maintained selections listed under the same variety name. They are held as distinct accessions rather than duplicates.
