Further InformationEdit Edit

MOA stands for Ministry of Agriculture — specifically Jamaica's Ministry of Agriculture, which maintained and distributed this Scotch Bonnet selection. Also referred to as Scotch Bonnet MOA Red. Scotch Bonnets are the defining pepper of Jamaican cuisine and are essential to jerk seasoning. The "Bonney pepper" name used in some alternate names is the traditional Jamaican term for the Scotch Bonnet.
