A member of the C. chinense group. Ripens to white/cream, habanero-type pods, with warty/bumpy. Rates 400,000–850,000 SHU, which means extremely hot, in superhot territory. Associated with India / Bangladesh. Ghost-type peppers trace back to the landraces of Assam and Nagaland in Northeast India.
