A yellow/lemon-colored variant of the Carolina Reaper (C. chinense), developed in the Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion and Reaper cross tradition. Habanero-type pods with scorpion tail, ripening to yellow. Carolina Reaper-level heat (1,400,000–2,200,000 SHU). One of the many color variants bred from the original red Reaper by Ed Curlin (PuckerButt Pepper Company). "Jay's Pink Lemon" may indicate a specific breeder or cross lineage.
